Positive: Friendly agency. Spacieux, near tram, shops, cafes, restaurants etc.
Negative: It seems like it was not ventilated for a while. The air wasn’t friendly as we entered. Few maintenance would be needed such as electric socket in the master room &redo the shower door otherwise it leaks to the ground. Suggestion: could be nice to provide some coffee capsules, tea bags and few bottles of water. Doesn’t cost much but a nice welcome.

Positive: A big and fully equipped appartment in good location
Negative: There is a gap between the floor of the living room and badrooms, that made us injure our toes. The owner promised to fix it. Also desptive that there is a washing machine there was no detergent. In the check in process we had to take the keys from another appartment, 300 meters away. I'm not sure they allow lare check in.

Positive: Excellent location. Excellent hosts, always willing to answer questions and help. Very well equipped apartment. Perfect location, close to the lake if you like to swim during summer. Also perfect if you want to visit center of Zurich by foot. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Feeling like at home.
Negative: There are no things that I didn't like.
Summary: Excellent location. Clean and well equipped apartment. Host was very nice and friendly.

Positive: Great location, easy to access, walking distance from downtown, close to the lake. Very large flat.
Negative: There were almost no supplies: no shampoo, no body wash, just a single tiny bar of soap.

Positive: Apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood near the lake of Zurich. Tram station was two minutes away on foot.
Negative: We have a very bad communication with the host at the stage of check in process. It was very difficult to find the keys and enter the apartment. Although the apartment was full of dust and spider webs.

Positive: Near to supermarkets so you can get anything you like. Fully equiped kitchen even with a coffee machine (nespresso) and a toaster! Near to a train station, city center and central station. Beautiful neighborhood near to the lake and very quiet. Near to many restaurants.
